When a friend leaves, is a lighted stick, you can not shut down or to the waters of a river, "says the letter of the song sung by Alberto Cortes (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v = SXL-WQtDefE) and bring it up to the sad news of the death of Prof.Lic. Osvaldo Ramon Veron, Director and Founder of the Regional Adrogue (Gran Buenos Aires) ATENEO GUARANI LANGUAGE AND CULTURE, who, among many merits, is credited having been the first Professor of Language Guarani received in Buenos Aires. Osvaldo, as we knew, always appeared as an inveterate lover of language and culture Guarani. Intelligent, dynamic, caring, perseverance, cheerful, modest, adventurous and determined are just a few of the adjectives that could define the personality of this great human being.
Moreover, men and Osvaldo are those who went through life and left deep and indelible footprints in their wake. In that sense, Osvaldo always knew to be grateful and deferential to their primitive roots, and despite having traveled much, we must emphasize that he never forgot his origin, their currents, their Bella Vista, its Tatana & Friends that he met and considered, he always remembered with love and joy.
With more than eighty years behind him and after several twists and turns, a year ago we applied for authorization to establish and operate a Regional ATENEO LANGUAGE AND CULTURE GUARANI in his beloved Buenos Aires. Gladly agree to your request and it was so, with his inseparable companion and fraternal route: the Mbo'ehára Crisanto Costadoni-Nicholas proceeded to establish such Regional. Whose performance had many plans are now available to those who will succeed at the post. Ñembyasy

In life, dear friend Osvaldo honored me with their attention on several occasions, which rescued those two in which he asked me to write the foreword of the two books he repeated: "Allaite" and "Getting to the U.S. with hundred dollars. " In the sad circumstances of his departure, I would share with everyone what I wrote as a prologue, in my limited time and almost shot-for those books ...
It was a warrior. It was a good man. Faded life but went on to a new star in heaven that will illuminate our path towards the future. See you soon Osvaldo, jajoechajey peve ...

OSVALDO ALLAITE VERON IS
long ago the Guarani language moves us from one place to another, not only internally but also by other countries such as Argentina; and particularly the province of Corrientes. It was precisely there, in a seminar on the Guarani language, I met an extraordinary person, an exemplary man, the Prof.Lic. Osvaldo Ramon Veron.
Indeed, when it was use of the word in that seminar, told all present that came Buenos Aires to attend the meeting. But what could be the subject interesting?. Well, Osvaldo Veron, and carried over his almost eighty years, and the other, it was a Correntino to-search of a better-than 20 years, "escaped" from home and went to the capital, Buenos Aires. But more significant is that this man did not lose its identity and Corrientes, is more, showing with pride in presenting at the sight of the audience his work: "Allaite" (which now reaches all through a reissue). Osvaldo
Veron got as few others build their own destiny. Did everything in his youth, until he managed to graduate in sociology; subsequently entering into teaching nothing more and nothing less than the famous and emblematic University of Buenos Aires. Osvaldo circumstances made a "man of the world" because of personal issues and work toured America and Europe, but never lost his love of Corrientes and culture. Moved
, incited or encouraged by the umbilical cord that bound him to his roots Corrientes, began to evoke the customs, traditions and beliefs of his native province, translating them into this, his best work, entitled Allaite, an expression so common, so everyday so earthy, so identifying the Corrientes. Allaite is-deeply-the essence life or the reason for Osvaldo and Corrientes, but above all is the unit more accurate measure of their linguistic identity bilingual Castilian-Guarani.
Indeed, as an adult, a retired professor at the University of Buenos Aires, Osvaldo feels the call of the deep rooted is the Guarani and resolves to heed this "strange but pleasant sensation" and began his studies in Guarani language in the Buenos Aires Regional ATENEO GUARANI LANGUAGE AND CULTURE. From this event, Osvaldo and did not stop in his vocation as a student and scholar of the Guarani. In recent years, with a surprising vitality, he devoted himself to attend as many national and international events International Language was on the Guarani, Argentina and Paraguay.
I can testify or bear witness to the spiritual and moral integrity of our dear friend Osvaldo Veron. Seldom, if ever, met a person who, like him, has shown so much perseverance and conviction towards the vindication of the Guarani, to the point that at the time of the presentation of this reissue of Allaite, he will also be receiving their title Guarani Language Teacher, graduated from ATENEO GUARANI LANGUAGE AND CULTURE.
I realize and value in perspective, the accomplishments of this esteemed friend, who decided to join as a soldier, this portentous struggle to fully vindicate the Guarani as factor of cohesion in the region Guaranítica or Mercosur. In every place where you put the soles of the feet, Osvaldo was commissioned to add their grain of sand on the-sometimes-difficult task of raising awareness to the public. On behalf of ATENEO
LANGUAGE AND CULTURE GUARANI Mbo'ehára congratulate Osvaldo Ramon Veron for their achievements, and especially because he never lost sight that ever came out of Allaite, his pride ... Porâ Corrientes.
Also, I appreciate the honor you gave me to write these brief but heartfelt words about his person and his work is now reissued. Heta

BY WAY OF INTRODUCTION OF "HOW TO REACH U.S. WITH ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS?"
Dear friend and colleague Prof.Lic. Osvaldo Ramon Veron, reprinted one of his works, that which is entitled "Getting to the U.S. with a hundred dollars", which recounts the adventures he lived when one day he decided to go to Buenos Aires and reach the great north country The United States ... and he succeeded.
A statement oft street says "some are born with star and other star-born." This simple expression, in the end, not without reason and fits like a glove, the life of his friend Osvaldo. In fact, there are few like him who have gone through life realizing the goals more complicated than ever set out to achieve. Therefore no longer doubt, he is one of those privileged ones who were born star. Osvaldo
Veron was born, as he likes to tell, in the jungles of Tatana, place name Guarani, and loved his native province of Corrientes (Argentina). One day, almost twenty years old, decided to abandon their payments and venture to know the great city of Buenos Aires. And he did. Once there and after overcoming several hurdles, granted the University of Buenos Aires where he attended and graduated from a degree in Sociology. When he was a degree in Sociology became a teacher of political science at the university: the University of Buenos Aires (UBA).
From those experiences of life, the world opened its doors to Ramón Osvaldo, who did not waste the opportunity and went to explore it and enjoy it. In addition to making the incredible journey to the U.S., with just 100 dollars in his pocket, he had to also visit Europe, Africa and Asia. Experience life
Ramon Osvaldo Veron should be an example to all. We must understand that "love is power" and who wants to reach the summit can do so but for the effect must earnestly desire. We recognize that many people, including many young people, often giving up even before any challenge. Indeed, this book "Getting to the U.S. with a hundred dollars" is aimed at the unwilling, the naysayers, the negative, cordially invite you to review your situation and facing life with faith, optimism and with a high dose of energy positive. Moreover
and Osvaldo Ramon Veron made it to the U.S. with only one hundred dollars, to almost eighty years suggested a new challenge: to study and received from Professor (Mbo'ehára) Guarani Language, and again he succeeded. One would think that at eighty years a person and should "survive" confined in bed with a lot of drugs to consume, however, Osvaldo, as more is known, today, at eighty years more to complete its Guarani Language teacher, was visiting fortnightly and monthly passes Paraguay, Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay to attend as many meetings, conferences or forums are made on the Guarani language and culture. Moreover, inspired by the idea of \u200b\u200bexposing their witness of life like today, this exciting re-released book.
Friends, readers: I very much hope that the example of life of our dear friend Osvaldo Ramon Veron help us all model and does not inject into the same spirit and energy he has, so that like him, we too can overcome our respective lives successfully. We understand that life above the troubles that sometimes we face is beautiful and deserves to be lived with joy, optimism and great hope. Osvaldo
Thanks for letting me briefly state my position on your book and your life. On behalf of ATENEO LANGUAGE AND CULTURE GUARANI you I extend our congratulations and wishes for continued success. Maitei
